Forest Co-Founder Jez Lee wins at the RTS awards with his documentary Anton: Football, Racism & Me.

This March, the 2021 RTS Programme Awards were announced, with Forest's own Jez Lee winning for his work as Executive Producer alongside Wendie Ottewill on Anton: Football, Racism & Me, which scooped the prestigious award for Best Single Documentary. The documentary, which first aired on BBC One in November 2020, explores Anton Ferdinand's experiences of racism within football and the lasting impact that it's had on him.

Described by The Times as “a sobering reflection on an ugly problem”, the film has been met with praise for it’s timely and unflinching look at football’s persistent racism.

The documentary is available to watch now on BBC iPlayer
